The controller of your data is Kernux, based in Querétaro, Mexico (provisional address; to be updated with the registered fiscal address). For any privacy matter you can write to us at [email protected].
2. Data we collect
Only what you give us in the contact form: name, company, contact method (WhatsApp or email) and the message about your process. We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data for the sole purpose of contacting you and following up on your request. We do not use it for advertising or any secondary purpose without your consent.
4. Transfers
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To deliver the form to us we use the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which processes the message delivery. Beyond that, there are no transfers.
5. Principles
We process your data under the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, fairness, proportionality, security and accountability.
6. Data subject rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), as well as to withdraw your consent and to request the portability of your data.
7. How and when to exercise them
To exercise these rights, write to us at [email protected] stating your request. We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
